Third harmonic generation from thin gradient ternary mixture layers

Abstract

By analyzing the third harmonic generation from gradient layers of the amorphous dielectric ternary mixture material Hf_xAl_yO_z we are able to derive the third order nonlinear susceptibility of the material.
