Automated 5-Axis System for Mosquito Dispensed Waveguides

Abstract

This work presents a laboratory system designed for the fabrication of mosquito dispensed optical waveguides. Preliminary experiments demonstrate the usability and functionality of the self-developed system by measuring the pitch of waveguides dispensed within cavities.
