Responsibilities and duties
Your task will be the independent processing of the research project. This project focuses on the design and implementation of integrated entangled photon sources for quantum key distribution systems. The project involves the close collaboration with national/international industry partners.
Employment conditions
Applicants to the position must have a relevant scientific university degree (Diploma or Master), for example in physics, optical technologies, photonics and optics, electrical engineering. The ideal candidate has a strong background in optics and photonics and quantum mechanics. The candidate should have the ability and willingness to work together with experts from a broad background in science and technology. In addition, very good communication skills in English, oral as well as written, are expected.
